Leadership of the Center.
General Director — Imashev Serik Timurovich.
Carries out the general management of the Center's activities, represents the organization in relations with the Committee of Highways, government agencies and partners, and is responsible for the implementation of strategic goals.
- Defining the Center's development strategy and approving work plans
- Control over the execution of decisions of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Approval of orders, protocols and key organizational documents
- Representation of the Center's interests at all levels.
