National Center for Quality of Road Assets
The RSE on the REM "National Center for Quality of Road Assets" was established on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 131 dated March 19, 2019 and registered as a legal entity on May 23, 2019. The enterprise was created by merging 16 RSI "Oblzholaboratories".
Our mission: improving the quality of roads to ensure the safety of citizens and comfortable living conditions.

Types of activity
- Conducting expertise of the quality of works and materials on highways;
- Conducting departmental expertise for medium repair of highways;
- Diagnostics and instrumental inspection of highways;

- Introduction of new technologies and support of pilot sections.
Our branches are represented in all regions of the country and cities of republican significance.
