Position: General Director of the RSE "National Center for Road Assets Quality". Date of Birth: February 19, 1988. Education: Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) (2010, Engineer in "Automobile Roads and Airfields"), Ambassador Academy, USA (2015), Keele University, UK (2016, MBA Master). Career & Awards: Total professional experience is over 15 years. He began his career as an expert and chief expert at the Committee of Automobile Roads of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the RK. He worked in various commercial and corporate entities ("SK Construction", "Tabys Investments", Samruk-Kazyna Corporate University, "Zhol-Sapa"). From 2018 to 2026, he worked at NC "QazAvtoJol" JSC (holding positions of engineer, department manager, project manager for the "Balkhash-Burylbaytal" external loan project, and Chief Engineer from January 2024 to May 2026). Since May 2026, he has served as the General Director of the National Center for Road Assets Quality. Awarded the "Kurmetti Zholshy" badge (2025).
